Detailed measurement instructions can be checked by rolling over the image. For inside mount:

• For a single window, measure the exact width and height of your window frame inside. All blinds have a 1/8-inch deduction in width, so please do not take any deduction and order your exact size. For example, if the measured size is W 30 x H 57 inches, the order size should also be W 30 x H 57 inches.

• For 2 or more blinds for a wide window, measure from the starting point in the first window frame inside to the next installation point, and measure the exact height of your window frame inside. When installing more than 3 blinds on one wide window, measure the left, middle, and right windows in order as in the previous method.

For outside mount:

• For a single window, measure the height and width of the outer edge of the window frame and add 4 inches each to the measured width and height for maximum light coverage. For example, if the measured size is W 30 x H 57 inches, the order size should be W 34 x H 61 inches.

• For 2 or more blinds for a wide window, measure from the starting point of the outer edge of the first window frame to the next installation point. In the same way, measure the width of each window to the outer end of the window frame in order. Fix the size by adding an extra 2 inches for only the first left and last right window measurements. Measure the exact height of your window outer of frame and add 4 inches for height.

It is not possible to change order details after placing an order. If you want to change your order details, you must cancel the existing order and place a new one.

We do not currently have cordless or motorized blinds, but we are preparing them and will introduce them as soon as possible.

We cannot produce multiple blinds in one header. However, if you order separate blinds for the long size with side-by-side installation, we can match the fabric line of each blind to make it look like a single blind.

Side-by-side customization is only available for blinds of the same height and when ordered altogether. Please ensure that blinds being installed side-by-side are in the same order number. If a blind is ordered or manufactured separately, this customization option is not available.

To clean the blinds, use a hair dryer on cold mode or a soft brush to remove dust, and use a neutral detergent for spot cleaning. Do not use chemical detergents (cleaners) or dry the fabric in direct sunlight.
